Returns Policy

Returns should be made within 14 days after receiving your item.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store.

To start a return please contact us at hello@pooligansco.com. Do not return an item without first contacting us and starting a return. Items sent back to us without a request first will not be accepted.

Items have to be returned unworn, in original packaging with tags/labels and in the original state in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse the item if it is not received in the above state. 

Items that are returned that smell of smoke will not be accepted or eligible for a refund. 

When returning a product the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The customer will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. 

We do not take any responsibility for any item returned back to us, including any lost items. 

Damages 

If the item you receive if damaged please contact us immediately so we can inspect the item right away. 

Refunds 

If you would like a refund then return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Items received after 14 days are not eligible for a refund. 

If you would like a refund then the following applies:

When returning a product for a refund the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The customer will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. 

Once we have received the item we will confirm if the item was approved for a refund. If approved you will be automatically refunded. It can take up to 30 days to be granted a refund by your bank or credit card company.
